With over 2,000 rooms and suites, there’s a wide range of options to choose from. All rooms are air conditioned and comfortably furnished with a private balcony or terrace (many with hammocks), marble flooring, double Jacuzzi, smart TV with streaming via Google Chromecast® and mini bar.


The resort is divided into three main areas with Caribtours guests accommodated in either the Sunrise or Nizuc sections; Sunrise is a bit livelier and is closer to the main pool area, whilst Nizuc is more tranquil, better suited to families with young children or those who prefer a bit of peace and quiet. Deluxe Rooms have views of the gardens whilst the Superior Deluxe Rooms have garden or ocean views.
